  1.   2. The Administrator has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
  3. Your personal data is processed for the purposes of providing the Services to you, conducting correspondence and archiving to the extent required by law.
  4. The provision of personal data is not mandatory, however, it is necessary in order to sign contracts, perform the service, submit applications.
  5. Your data will be stored for no longer than necessary, i.e. for the duration of the Contract, and then for as long as necessary to protect claims related to the Services performed and required by tax regulations.
  6. The Administrator may transfer your personal data for processing to its subcontractors, but only for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the provision of services to the Administrator.
  7. The Administrator does not intend to transfer your data to a third country or to international organizations.
  8. You have the right to request from the Administrator access to your data, rectification, portability and erasure and restriction of data processing.
  9. In connection with the processing of your personal data by the Administrator, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Data Protection Office.
  10. Based on your personal data, the Administrator will not make automated decisions against you, including decisions resulting from profiling.
