Great news for our office – we started working on the design of a residential building containing 9 apartments with  top floor restaurant and viewing terrace available local society and visitors. The building will be located at the seashore facing Western Untercliff Beach in Ramsgate, UK. 
The plot is very small and has an irregular shape, which dictates the shape of the building – We try to create as much space as possible, without losing the functionality of the apartments and fitting tightly  into the shape of a cliff. The building offers southern orientation and wonderful views of the sea.
2020.12.01 – update on our Planning Application – we have received full plans aproval for the development.
